Our newest villa, Hale Makai Villa, is officially ready to rent. We are so excited to add this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean Tower villa to our portfolio. It is unlike any of our current villas with a different floor plan. The living areas are at the front of the villa and the bedrooms are in the back. This is great because it allows for two lanais and a better separation between living and sleeping area (great for families with kids!). There is a large lanai in the front overlooking the resort with stunning ocean views. You can see both pools from the lanai as well as overlook the lush gardens and koi ponds. The sunsets from this lanai are unforgettable as well. The second lanai is off the master bedroom and offers views of the golf course and mountains. It is a wonderful private retreat. The villa has been artfully decorated by the owner and you will immediately feel right at home!

The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival will take place on September 7, 2014 on the beach in the Ko Olina Resort. The theme for this year’s festival is “It’s a Food World After All” and it will feature 15 celebrity chefs, including two of Ko Olina’s own. We want all our guests to be prepared in case of an emergency. We’ve put together some of the most important resources that may be helpful in the event of a Hurricane hitting Oahu. Hurricane Iselle is currently a Category 4 Hurricane and is expected to hit Oahu sometime at the end of the week (late Thursday/early Friday). A possible second hurricane, Julio, is following close behind.
On the 28th of April official details were released about the services and pricing for a new housekeeping and maintenance initiative at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina, which launched on May 1. With the departure of Resort Management Company (RMC) from management and cleaning of Beach Villas there was a void to be filled and the Association stepped in to offer owners and managers alternative solutions.
