Munro has a passion for technology, client service and attention to detail. He developed the vision for the luxury Hawaii vacation rentals portfolio showcased on this site and is continually seeking out ways to streamline processes and enhance the guest experience.
Munro has facilitated joint partnerships with well-established luxury partners and industry leaders such as Luxury Retreats, Private Trade Winds, Expedia.com, Hotels.com and Lavish Getaways. These relationships enable the team at Beach Villas Vacation Rentals to maximize both rates and occupancy for owner clients while making the portfolio of luxury villas available to a broader audience of travelers.
Munro is actively involved in helping clients buy and sell real estate in Hawaii. In 2014 he and his team have sold more than $22 million in Ko Olina Resort real estate. He enjoys helping buyer clients find the right property for their needs and also loves working with sellers to maximize the value of their properties when they are ready to sell. Amber has been involved in the vacation rental industry in Hawaii for over ten years, and is currently a Reservations Manager for several upscale rentals on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. She takes tremendous pride in providing guests with pricing details, booking properties, offering support to Property Managers, and developing marketing strategies for the various rentals she handles.
This Big Island born resident moved to Oahu in 2013 and loves the warm weather and sunny beaches. When she is not working, Amber loves swimming and escaping the city to enjoy nature.
